Meghan Maguire, MPT is a physiotherapist with a strong orthopaedic foundation and a special focus in pelvic floor physiotherapy, perimenopause and menopause support, and return-to-exercise planning.

Meghan combines advanced clinical training with a warm, practical approach that helps people feel informed, capable, and supported — especially when they’re not sure where to start. Her care is active, individualized, and collaborative, with an emphasis on understanding the why behind symptoms and building a plan that fits real life.

She has completed extensive post-graduate training in orthopaedic manual therapy, dry needling, and pelvic health, and she draws on this background to support a wide range of concerns, including pelvic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, movement-related pain, and rebuilding strength and confidence after injury, pregnancy/postpartum changes, or time away from exercise.

Meghan has a particular interest in helping people navigate the physical changes of perimenopause and menopause, including symptom-related changes in strength, mobility, recovery, and pelvic health. She also supports patients who may be dealing with connective tissue considerations, including hypermobility and hEDS, with thoughtful, individualized strategies that prioritize function, stability, and long-term progress.

Her approach is not “lie down and hope for the best” physiotherapy — she works with patients to create practical, sustainable plans that move them forward.

When she’s not in the clinic, Meghan is usually chasing after her son, spending time with her partner, or renovating their new house!
