Kaitlyn is a member in good standing of the Nova Scotia Association of Osteopaths (NSAO) and the Ontario Association of Osteopaths (OAO). Kaitlyn is a graduate of the College d’Etudes d’Osteopathiques Halifax Campus. She has previously worked under local osteopath Peter Goodman at East Wind Health Associates.
Kaitlyn has a focused interest in holistic care for the digestive system, management of concussion symptoms as well as women and paediatric care, among others. She is an Ayurvedic Yoga Instructor and Prenatal Yoga Instructor and is pursuing certification as a Breastfeeding Counsellor.
Kaitlyn has been leading movement-based wellness programs for over a decade, including Hatha, Prenatal and Vinyasa Yoga, running and walking clinics, and Ayurvedic nutritional consultations. She approaches natural healthcare and prescribed therapeutic exercise with knowledge, light-heartedness and compassion.
Kaitlyn prioritizes her own physical and mental health through getting outside no matter the weather and spending time with family.
