Kaitlyn brings a balanced approach to natural healthcare and prescribed therapeutic exercise, combining knowledge with compassion. For over a decade, she has led movement-based wellness programs, including Hatha, Prenatal, and Vinyasa Yoga, running and walking clinics, and Ayurvedic nutritional consultations.
With a dynamic focus on holistic care, Kaitlyn’s expertise spans nurturing the digestive system, expertly managing the nuances of concussion symptoms, and dedicated care for women and pediatric patients, among other specializations. Her vibrant repertoire also includes being an Ayurvedic Yoga Instructor and Prenatal Yoga Instructor, and she’s currently pursuing certification as a Breastfeeding Counselor.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Kaitlyn values her own physical and mental well-being. You’ll often find her outdoors, enjoying the beauty of nature, regardless of the weather. When she’s not communing with the elements, she treasures moments spent with her family, enriching her vibrant and balanced life.
Kaitlyn is a member in good standing of the Nova Scotia Association of Osteopaths (NSAO) and the Ontario Association of Osteopaths (OAO). She’s a proud graduate of the College d’Études d’Osteopathiques Halifax Campus, where she honed her skills under the mentorship of local osteopath Peter Goodman at East Wind Health Associates.
