Colette Butler

Registered Massage Therapist

Colette takes a clinical approach to massage therapy treatments and is proficient in treating injuries, postural dysfunctions and chronic pain. She has helped patients’ pre and post surgeries, after motor vehicle accidents or sports injuries, in conjunction with providing overall relaxation.

Basic exercise and self-care routines can help restore one’s natural posture and balance in life. Colette believes everyone can benefit from massage therapy and will help patients achieve their individual goals.

Colette is passionate about advancing her skills and knowledge of new methods and techniques in massage therapy, in order to improve the overall experience for her patients.

Having grown up around the ocean, Colette enjoys spending her leisure time outdoors, running or hiking with her husband, two young daughters and dog. Originally from Vancouver Island, B.C., Colette moved to Halifax in 2011 and graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy with honours in 2014.

Colette has been a member in good standing with the Massage Therapists’ Association of Nova Scotia (MTANS) since 2014.
