What the heck is Skyr yogurt? Is it healthy? How do I use this as part of a healthy lifestyle!?

Skyr (pronounced Skeer) yogurt is a fat-free high protein yogurt originally from Iceland. It dates back over 1000 years. It was originally fermented a lot like Kombucha. What I love about Skyr is that it has very low levels of sugar. Which means that this can be keto friendly and part of a healthy breakfast.

Nutrition: Serving size 3/4 cup Calories: 110 Protein: 21 grams Sugar: 2 grams

Breakfast: 3/4 cup Skyr, 1/2 to 1 cup of berries nuts and seeds, hemp hearts etc…
