It’s finally happening. After a particularly long and cold Nova Scotia winter, the sun has emerged on the East Coast and with it comes warmth, green, and a much broader catalogue of activities to keep ourselves healthy and fit. We’ve certainly been patient!

It’s these months in particular that bring forward the positive sentiments associated with sharing in the time of family, friends, and social gatherings. They contribute to our quality of life in some of the most impactful ways possible, and that’s the ‘stuff of life’ we advocate for at Cornerstone.

In keeping with the clinic’s mission statement to steer both our patients and our team towards the best life they can lead, we’re taking a bold but confident step forward and adjusting our summer weekend hours. The goal is to give the fine ladies and gentlemen that make Cornerstone work the time they need to tend to their gardens, visit with nature, break a sweat, and nurture their wellbeing in every sense.

We’ll resume regular Saturday hours effective September 9th. We hope that much like the Cornerstone team, you’ll enjoy summer while it’s here and get some quality time in with your leisure of choice. This is the season for rejuvenation, and we couldn’t be happier to welcome it. Now get out there!
